At birth, each of us enters the world as a unique individual. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, three Doshas, (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) are believed to determine the combination of physical, physiological, and psychological features of an individual or their Prakriti. When our Prakriti becomes imbalanced, disease results. Certain foods, spices, and herbs help balance and/or aggravate the specific doshas, so our diet must complement our body constitution.
Unlike conventional nutrition, Ayurveda teaches "you are what you digest", not what you eat. Eating Ayurvedically aims to find a balance based on your body's constitution and address any imbalances or diseases. This combination of constitution and imbalance is different for every human being, so a one size fits all approach to diet does not bring the best results.
No. Our meal plans can be designed to include meat or be totally plant-based (vegan or vegetarian) in nature.

You will receive an email notification each week announcing your new meal plan. The plan can be accessed via our online portal or downloaded in a pdf format.
Ayurveda teaches that you are made up of three energies, or doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which influence your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Understanding your dosha can unlock insights into your ideal diet, lifestyle, and self-care practices to restore balance and vitality. This quick quiz is the perfect first step to understanding your dosha dominance.
