As one of the eight limbs of Ayurveda, Yoga plays an integral role in the balance of mind, body and spirit. We offer beginner yoga classes, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for weight loss. Our yoga classes are designed for persons of all ages and abilities allowing anyone to successfully enjoy yoga. We have a variety of group yoga classes online and/or in our Kent Island yoga studio. Or if you prefer a customized or private yoga session give us a shout and we'll arrange to meet you in our studio, at your home or place of work. All classes are conducted by our sister company, Dragonfly Paddle & Fitness.
