Welcome to One With Nature Ayurveda. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, classes, workshops, and appointments. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

One With Nature Ayurveda provides wellness services which may include, but are not limited to: yoga instruction, massage therapy, Ayurvedic consultations, bodywork, energy work, workshops, and related wellness services ("Services"). Services are provided for educational and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to services for a minor where applicable.

3. Health Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or pregnancy prior to receiving services. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.

Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

4. Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or approved booking channels. Payment may be required at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if they are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope of practice.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

* Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least **24 hours** prior to the scheduled appointment time.

* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

* No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

* Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee adjustment.

Packages, workshops, classes, and special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service or booking unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and must be used within the designated time period stated at purchase.

7. Packages, Memberships, Subscriptions and Promotions

Packages, subscriptions, and memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferrable unless explicitly stated. Promotional offers cannot be combined and may have expiration dates.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, handouts, workshops, courses, and materials is the property of One With Nature Ayurveda and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Photography and Media Release

By participating in Services, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during sessions or events to be used for marketing and educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to the session.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One With Nature Ayurveda and its practitioner, Karla Horton, shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in Services.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless One With Nature Ayurveda, its owners, contractors, and employees from any claims arising from your participation.

11. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information except as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
