Spring is nature’s season of renewal, making it the perfect time to lighten up and refresh from the inside out. Join us for a hands-on, deeply nourishing holistic workshop where you'll experience natural beauty rituals to support healthy skin, relaxed features, and a vibrant, effortless glow.
In Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old system of natural medicine, beauty isn’t about chasing youth — it’s about cultivating ojas, the soft inner glow that comes from feeling nourished, rested, and balanced.
During our time together, you will:
• Discover your Ayurvedic skin type and what it truly needs
• Learn how digestion and seasonal shifts impact breakouts, puffiness, and dullness
• Explore simple spring dietary shifts to support a natural glow
• Create your own natural facial cleanser, moisturizer, and mask toner
• Experience a guided mini Ayurvedic facial using your creations
• Learn gentle face yoga and lymphatic techniques to reduce congestion and sculpt naturally
• Understand how deeper fascial work (like buccal massage) enhances facial vitality
• Unwind in a 45-minute salt cave session to support skin health & reduce stress
A nourishing, seasonal Ayurvedic lunch will be included.
You will leave with:
– Tools and practices to enhance your natural beauty
– DIY skincare recipes, a facial yoga routine and lymphatic drainage skills
– A clearer understanding of how you can enhance your skin naturally
– A simple framework for a 3-day digestive Spring reset
– A renewed sense of radiance from the inside out
This workshop is ideal for those who are ready to approach beauty from a grounded, holistic perspective. Space will be limited to 10 persons for an intimate experience.
Location: SALT Wellness, 7901 Main Street, Queenstown, MD 21658
$190 per person for the 5-hour event including lunch and 45 minute salt cave session
Take a moment and notice right now…
☐ Are your teeth touching?
☐ Is your tongue pressing against the roof of your mouth?
☐ Do your cheeks or temples feel tight?
☐ Are your shoulders slightly raised?
☐ Is your breath shallow?
If you said yes to even one, your body may be holding more tension than you realize.
