We offer beginner yoga classes, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga for weight loss. Our yoga classes on Kent Island are designed for people of all ages and abilities allowing anyone to successfully enjoy yoga. We have a variety of group yoga classes online and/or in our Kent Island yoga studio. Or if you prefer a customized or private yoga session give us a shout and we'll arrange to meet you in our studio, at your home or place of work.
At One With Nature, you can choose the option that fits your practice best. A single class is $13, and we offer flexible class packs: 4 classes for $40, 6 classes for $55, or 8 classes for $75. All class packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used for both online and/or in our Kent Island yoga studio. Private one-hour yoga sessions are also available for $65.
