We offer beginner yoga classes, yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for weight loss. Our yoga classes are designed for persons of all ages and abilities allowing anyone to successfully enjoy yoga. We have a variety of group yoga classes online and/or in our Kent Island yoga studio.
